Pune: The Juvenile Justice Board has canceled the bail of the juvenile accused in Pune’s Kalyaninagar accident case and will now send him to the Juvenile Custody Centre. In fact, after destroying two lives, the Juvenile Justice Board had granted bail to the accused by asking him to write only an essay.
There was an atmosphere of anger against this in entire Maharashtra. Following the adverse effects of this incident, the Juvenile Justice Board today canceled the bail of the minor accused and ordered him to be sent to a juvenile home.

Accused Vedant Aggarwal was presented before the Juvenile Justice Board today i.e. on Wednesday. Along with this, the section of the crime charged against him has also been increased. A new case of drunken driving has been registered against him under section 185.
In this case, Pune Police has requested the court to give permission to register a case of culpable homicide against the minor accused as this crime is serious. The court heard the police application but the police will decide after investigation whether the accused was conscious or not.
Minor’s father, two pub employees sent to police custody
Earlier, a sessions court in Pune on Wednesday sent the father of the minor involved in the car accident and two employees of a pub to police custody till May 24. Nitish Shevani and Jayesh Gawkar, father of the minor boy and employees of Black Cub Pub, were booked before Additional Sessions Judge S.P. Presented before Ponakhse. The father of the minor boy is a real estate businessman.
