Empowering Women through Financial Schemes: Unveiling MSSC and SSY

The electric vehicle (EV) sphere is buzzing with the latest news from Ather Energy, a frontrunner in the e-scooter industry. They are all set to expand their prestigious 450 lineup with a new addition tailored for families, the Rizsta. This long-anticipated e-scooter has recently been unveiled, giving us a first look at its comprehensive design and features.

Redefining E-Scooter Design for Family Use

Unlike its sporty counterparts in the 450 series, the Rizsta exhibits a design that prioritizes family needs, bearing resemblance to the family-centric TVS iQube. Key to its design is the spacious and flat floorboard, complemented by large 12-inch wheels on either side. The scooter also boasts a significantly long and wide seat, clearly indicating that space and comfort were paramount in its design process.

Comfort and Safety at the Forefront

Ather Energy asserts that the Rizsta will mark a significant leap in terms of comfort and safety features compared to its predecessors. Teasers and spy shots of the scooter match perfectly, revealing that unlike other models in Ather’s lineup, the Rizsta will not employ a hub motor. Instead, it will feature a centrally mounted motor, a staple in Ather’s design philosophy. Additionally, other unveiled design elements include a horizontal type headlight and tail-lamp, a robust rear grab rail, and mirrors that are simpler and less stylized compared to the 450 series.

Anticipated Launch and Market Expectations

Ather is gearing up to officially introduce the Rizsta at their Community Day 2024 event, with expectations of a market launch in the following months. The Rizsta name has also been trademarked by the company, signaling readiness for delivery within six months post-launch, ensuring minimal delay. Upon its release, the Rizsta is set to compete with established players like the TVS iQube (priced between 1.34 to 1.40 lakh rupees) and the Bajaj Chetak Premium (1.35 lakh rupees).
