Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has extended the registration deadline for the Constable (General Duty) recruitment, offering another opportunity for those who missed the initial application window. With the recruitment drive set to fill 6,000 vacancies across the state, aspiring candidates now have until March 28, 2024, to submit their applications.
Application Deadline Extension
Interested candidates can apply for Constable GD positions until March 28, 2024. The previous deadline for applications for this recruitment was March 21, 2024. Candidates who failed to apply during the initial period now have another chance to do so. Interested applicants can visit the official website, hssc.gov.in, to apply for these positions.
Vacancy Details
Through this recruitment campaign, a total of 6,000 vacancies will be filled. This includes 5,000 positions for male Constable GD and 1,000 positions for female Constable GD.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for HSSC Constable GD positions must be between 18 and 25 years old as of February 1, 2024. However, candidates from reserved categories are eligible for upper age relaxation.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying for these positions must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized education board. Additionally, candidates should have passed Metric with Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates for HSSC Constable GD positions will receive a salary of Rs. 21,700 (Level-3 Cell-1).

- Physical Screening Test (PST)
