Thus, Goldi Solar was established in 2011, commencing from 10 megawatts and scaling up to 3000 megawatts.”

Goldi Solar presently stands as one of the factories contributing to the construction of India’s largest solar plant. Their automated facility sprawled across 23 acres in Surat operates seamlessly. Ishwar emphasizes that the plant operates with 80 parameters for module checking, ensuring efficiency akin to plants installed a decade ago.
The company also places substantial emphasis on exports, with a consistent export trajectory to Europe, America, South America, Africa, and ongoing discussions with Middle Eastern countries. Within India, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan boast the majority of Goldi Solar’s plants, even on underutilized lands.

The relevance of solar energy as a primary electricity supply technology in the foreseeable future cannot be overstated. A kilowatt of solar energy saves 77 kilograms of coal burning and prevents the release of 136 kilograms of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
